Chocolate Cupcake Milkshakes

Yield: Serves 1 (makes 1 2/3 cups)
Special Equipment: Blender
Note: If peanut allergies are a concern, substitute sunflower butter for the peanut butter.

Ingredients

8 ounces vanilla ice cream (about 1 cup packed)
1/4 cup (60ml) milk
1 tablespoon (14g) smooth peanut butter (see note above)
4 Otis Spunkmeyer mini chocolate cupcakes (2 packages)

Whipped cream (optional)
Sprinkles (optional)

Procedure

 Chocolate Cupcake Milkshakes

1. Place ice cream, milk, peanut butter, and cupcakes in a blender. Blend until smooth, about 1 minute.
2. Pour into a large glass and top with whipped cream and sprinkles, if using. Serve with a straw.
